Need never takes a vacation and those in need are daily forced into making life and death decisions as to where they will find medicine, shelter and even food. Working directly with those in greatest need are small independent organizations whose sole purpose is to find and provide assistance for families and individuals who have "fallen through the cracks" and missed the social safety net. These are the groups and people Heart2Heart SHARE endeavors to locate and work with as partners in outreach.
Heart2Heart SHARE is the outreach arm of Heart2Heart Ministries. As such, there are certain groups and organizations which Heart2Heart SHARE partners with on a regular basis. These groups are firm fixtures in their communities and independently work to provide assistance to those needing it most in the areas where they live. Heart2Heart SHARE seeks to make the country aware of these groups and help in the solicitation and distribution of supplies, donations and volunteers. These community outreach groups help the elderly, disabled, single parent families and the homeless among others.
Heart2Heart SHARE also works to connect individual people who have unmet spiritual and emotional needs with people or groups willing to help them. Since Heart2Heart Ministries is a 100% faith-based organization, our vision is to share anything that will help a person's faith become stronger. Through alliances with other ministries, we are able to provide a network of instruction, counseling and fellowship for those who need the support of other Christians to help them become liberated.
Heart2Heart SHARE has developed working relationships with various groups whose purpose is to provide supplies to areas devastated by literal storms and other natural disasters. Within religious denominations there is a wealth of resources available to help meet needs. Heart2Heart SHARE strives to connect resources with pressing needs via networking and communication.
Heart2Heart SHARE helps in the promotion of the invaluable efforts of missionaries. These committed families and individuals totally depend on the generous donations of friends and families to enable them to go where they felt led to serve; even unto the uttermost parts of the earth. Those working full-time on the mission field need others to know what they are doing, where they are doing it and what they need to do it best. Heart2Heart SHARE helps provide a platform for disseminating this information.
Heart2Heart SHARE functions as a facilitator helping those with resources and those needing them to connect. Many times groups and individuals want to help but are frustrated by not knowing where the greatest need is at a particular time. Heart2Heart SHARE seeks to stay abreast of situations so as to provide current information to those who desire to share.
Heart2Heart SHARE is aligned with groups which provide prayer cover and other assistance to persecuted Christians around the world. The underground church is fragile and vulnerable to being shut down on a moment's notice. Those suffering persecution need to know their brothers and sisters in free countries are praying for them and raising funds to provide Bibles and other literature.
Heart2Heart SHARE is only in existence to reach out and help those devastated by life's storms. This includes personal storms brought on by addictions. Heart2Heart SHARE strives to locate and direct people to places that have a proven Christian program that breaks addictions and replaces them with the power and love of God.
Heart2Heart SHARE strives to locate and forge relationships with independent faith-based groups working at the grass roots level in areas of concern, interest and need. Whether in disaster locations or areas of chronic poverty; need is need and when it is present, someone must diligently work to help the hurting. Heart2Heart SHARE is dedicated to finding those groups doing the most good for those whose need is greatest, and helping them find resources to do what they are doing better.
